He’s extremely responsive, and adept at coaching you through the specifics of the process. More importantly, though, Steve has a deep network of professionals who are able to execute on seemingly unreasonable timelines. From the point we decided to list our home, we were able to get it re-carpeted, painted, staged, and the landscape refreshed with photos complete in a few days. Throughout the entire process, Steve was hands-on. His go-to response was “I’ve got it. You don’t need to worry about it at all. You keep going about your business and I’ll make sure all this gets done to meet our timelines.” He made good on his word, and worked diligently to get everything done, keeping us apprised along the way. The depth of his connections AND their responsiveness to his requests were critical to us meeting our timelines. You’d think that the realtor’s value ceases at sale. With Steve though, we’ve found his attentiveness and resources post-sale tremendously valuable as well. He’s checked in frequently with us, and replies immediately with any request, no matter how big or small. “Hey Steve! Do you have a guy for.....” is always met with contact card in his reply. I cannot recommend Steve highly enough.

Mike and Amber Turley Steve made the nearly impossible possible and smoothed the pathway at every turn. We were doing a cross country move on tight turn around dates with little availability to travel and see homes. Steve set up an action packed weekend with homes that fit what we were looking for and masterfully executed the negotiation process to ensure we had an offer accepted. We had several road blocks on our end that Steve navigated for us from a different coast and time zone. What I most appreciated was his responsiveness! He always took the time to explain us all the steps in the process. He has been in the business for many years, on both sides of the deal, and he knows all the ins and outs of the business. During the actual buy process he was able to negotiate many of our contract terms, even though we were in a market that was not a buyer friendly market. Obviously, this option involved extensive communication, organizing and advanced planning on your behalf. Again we express our appreciation for relieving us of this burden. During the closing phase with the company’s relocation specialist, she mentioned that your company was a pleasure to deal with in that she knew that whoever she spoke with knew the property and was completely informed about the transaction.
